Job Description
Chemelex is seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a unionized cable manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience working in a unionized environment with a solid understanding of labor relations
- Demonstrated success in implementing preventative maintenance and process improvement initiatives
- Understanding of PLC an asset
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
