Job Description
Chemical Guys is seeking a Category Manager to drive growth within their Appearance Chemicals, Air Freshener, Auto Accessories, and related categories. This role involves transforming data into actionable strategies, partnering with trade partners, and supporting product development. The ideal candidate will be analytical, data-driven, and passionate about category leadership within a fast-paced automotive lifestyle brand.
Requirements
- Analyze category, consumer, and competitive data from CIRCANA, retailer POS, and internal systems.
- Deliver balanced, data-driven insights that create value for both trade partners and the overall category.
- Partner with Sales Leaders, Amazon, and DTC teams to provide category insights that drive joint business planning.
- Evaluate performance across in-store and online channels to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
