Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is a key part of the maintenance department at Chemtrade's Richmond CA, Sulfuric Acid and Regen production plant. They are responsible for team leadership, overall utilization of plant resources to achieve strategic maintenance and reliability and safety objectives.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of Chemical, Oil Refinery, Power, or Pulp and Paper process equipment
• 3+ years of Leadership experience directing hourly employees
• Experience with safety programs in an industrial facility
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Personal computer and software usage including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Familiarity with SAP – purchasing and plant maintenance module are pluses
