Job Description
The Senior Mechanical Reliability Engineer position at Chemtrade supports Mechanical Reliability initiatives within North American Operations, focusing on continuous improvement and industry best practices. The role involves evaluating equipment performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting capital projects to enhance reliability.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in petrochemical, chemical, or refining industry
- Demonstrated ability in the practical application of 29CFR 1910.119 regulations, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, ASME B31 series Piping Codes, and ANSI/NB-23 National Board Inspection
- Knowledge of risk-based inspection, equipment design, fabrication, repair codes, corrosion, damage mechanisms, and materials
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, PCMS, etc.
