Licensed Practical Nurse

Cherokee Nation Home Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to administer skilled nursing care to patients in their place of residence. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient vials and health status, documenting patient information, and educating patients and families.

Requirements

• Graduate of a state approved school of practical (vocational) nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in nursing, preferred
• Current state Drivers License
• Reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance
