The Workforce Development Navigator works with the Cherry Street Mission team to assist prospective students with career training programs and employment opportunities, connect students to additional supportive services, and follow-up to ensure overall wellbeing and employment status.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Workforce Development team and volunteers to carry out Cherry Street Mission workforce development strategies
- Assist in securing funding opportunities for prospective students
- Assist in coordination of the day-to-day operations of the program
- Ensure guest safety and maintain a positive, respectful environment
- Participate in assessing, evaluating, tracking, and decision making on the enrollment process and day-to-day progress
- Maintain professional, moral, and ethical boundaries
- Uphold all standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
- Identify facility issues and produce work orders as necessary
- Provide Christ-centered guidance and models a life of wholeness
