Job Description
We're building an AI-native operating system for insurance distribution, and we're looking for a Software Engineer to join our high-agency team. You'll work on building the backbone of our platform, shaping the technical culture, and contributing to system design.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years building and scaling production systems with Go, TypeScript, and React
- Strong CS fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with gRPC, event-driven architecture, and clean, versioned APIs
- Fluency in containers and modern orchestration tools like Temporal, Dagster, and ArgoCD
