Regional Partnership Manager

Promotes the Credit Union’s value proposition to potential Select Employer Groups (SEGs), both in person and utilizing technology. Conducts research, identifies, and pursues new SEGs for addition to the field of membership (FOM), focusing on employee groups where we can add value.

Requirements

• Researches, identifies, and pursues new SEGs (150+ employees) for addition to the field of membership (FOM)
• Conducts cold calls to target and secure meetings and proposals for new opportunities
• Maintains frequent contact with targeted member base to expand member relationships, ensure member retention, and meet financial goals and objectives
