Assistant Principal responsible for assisting the school principal, developing and implementing the School Improvement Plan, and supervising students and teachers.
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid Type 75 Educational Administrative Certificate issued by the Illinois State Board of Education
- Knowledge of principles and practices of elementary and secondary education
- Good knowledge of school budgeting methods and procedures
- Ability to work with school-aged children
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good supervisory skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
