Teacher (K-8 Fine Arts)

The Chicago Public Schools is seeking a Teacher (K-8 Fine Arts) to provide instruction, progress, and discipline to pupils in assigned classes. The successful candidate will have knowledge of subject matter, contemporary principles and practices of teaching, and classroom and behavior management techniques.

• Successful completion of all student teaching requirements
• Proper endorsement for teaching license issued by the Illinois State Board of Education
• Knowledge of subject matter consistent with state certification requirements
• Knowledge of contemporary principles and practices of teaching
• Knowledge of classroom and behavior management techniques
