Job Description
We are seeking a caring and compassionate Certified Peer Specialist to work with Transition Age Youth with serious mental illness and/or emotional disturbance. The CPS will serve as an advocate and mentor to help youth develop community supports, navigate mental health systems, and access resources.
Requirements
- Certified as a Peer Specialist (CPS)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle
- Ability to work at least 20 hours/week, including 3 evenings
