Job Description
The Preschool Teacher Assistant supports Lead Teachers in planning and implementing learning experiences for children in a safe and nurturing environment. This role involves assisting with classroom activities, communication with parents, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires a proactive approach to child safety and appropriate disciplinary practices.
Requirements
- Current CDA in Early Childhood (ages 3-5)
- One year of pre-school experience (ages 3-5)
- Computer skills
- Love for teaching and building relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
