Job Description
Child Start, Inc. seeks a dedicated Child Care Workforce Specialist to enhance childcare services in the community. The Specialist will support providers by offering training and resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to advance workforce development initiatives.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Minimum of three years' experience in providing direct care for ages 0 to 8 in a group setting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
