Peer Recovery Support Specialist

Peer Recovery Support Specialist job at Children’s Network of Southwest Florida, LLC, responsible for working with families affected by substance use, providing information on community recovery resources, and conducting home visits. Must have a High School Diploma and 2+ years of peer recovery experience.

Requirements

• Meet with families at the time of Reunification to provide information on community recovery resources
• Provide documentation and feedback to child welfare case manager.
• Conduct home visits when requested by child welfare case manager to ensure engagement and progress of identified families.
• Recognizes crisis situations and takes appropriate action.
