Job Description
The Family Engagement Specialist works as a member of the treatment team to deliver high intensity case management to assigned youth and families, promoting permanency and strengthening post-adoptive, post-guardianship, and kinship families.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or human services
- At least two years of case management experience
- Understanding of Strength-Based and Individualized Care Approach
- Self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and effective communication skills
