Job Description
ChildServe is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to expand their ABA program in Iowa. They aim to create a supportive environment, foster well-being, and ensure qualified staff provide exceptional care to children with autism. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, collaboration, and offering training to both staff and families.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis
- Successful completion of BACB's Supervisor Training Curriculum (preferred)
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with Autism and developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
