Job Description
ChildServe is seeking an In-Home Medical Day Care Provider to provide personal care and supervision for individuals with special health care needs in their home. The role involves daily living assistance, behavioral support, and communication with families and supervisors, along with completing MVR background checks and training for medication administration. ChildServe prides itself on working with families, offering a wide range of pediatric services.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience working with individuals with special health care needs preferred
- Ability to provide transportation
- Ability to electronically document services provided
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and be mobile within assigned work area
- Ability to bend, lift, reach, and stand
