Job Description
Chimera Enterprises International is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to support the Army Treaty Compliance and Surety Division (DAMO-SSD), Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Environment Safety & Occupational Health (DASA(ESOH)), and U.S. Army Nuclear and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Agency (USANCA). The PM will manage complex programs, provide strategic analysis, and oversee program execution in support of arms control, chemical and nuclear surety, and CWMD initiatives. This role is critical for maintaining compliance and enhancing the Army's capabilities.
Requirements
- Manage and oversee programmatic aspects of treaty compliance, chemical and nuclear surety, and CWMD initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate with Army stakeholders to ensure strategic plan implementation.
- Monitor cost, schedule, and performance of various projects.
- Review and analyze program status and make recommendations.
- Develop and deliver presentations and briefings.
- Support workforce development and operations.
