Job Description
The Education Director will oversee all Network educational services for families and affiliated providers, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include supervising education staff, monitoring program delivery, and providing professional development training.
Requirements
- Master's in Early Childhood Education
- Initial or Professional Certification in early childhood
- Two to three years of supervisory experience working in family child care and/or with infants and toddlers
- Knowledge of child development birth to three and on assessment tools (ECERS-3, FCERS-R, ITERS, CLASS) preferred
- Three years of teaching experience working in an early childhood center-based or family childcare setting preferred
