Job Description
The Chinese-American Planning Council, Inc. (CPC) is seeking a full-time Education Specialist to maintain relationships with community partners, provide support to the SYEP and WLG program, and conduct work readiness training. The Education Specialist will work with youth between the ages of 14 to 24 and provide workshops on job readiness, career exploration, and life skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Counseling or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in youth and/or workforce development
- Culturally competent and provide services sensitive to participants' cultural heritage
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS office applications and virtual platforms
