We’re looking for a Junior CRM Operations Executive to join our Engagement team and help deliver Chip’s operational, regulatory, and service-related communications.
Requirements
- Some experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform (Braze experience a strong plus)
- Interest in CRM operations, customer communications, and technical problem-solving
- Comfortable working with data and learning technical concepts (attributes, events, triggers)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
- Curious, quick learner with a proactive approach
