We're looking for a CRM Strategist to drive Chip's customer engagement and growth strategy through data-led planning, ideation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing strategy, ideally within a high-growth or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Braze experience a plus) and lifecycle automation.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting, dashboards, and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Collaborative and creative, with a passion for understanding customer behaviour and improving engagement.
