Job Description
This Executive Hotel Housekeeping Manager role at Durant Casino involves ensuring guest satisfaction, business management, and financial viability through effective housekeeping operations. Responsibilities include enforcing cleanliness standards, team management, inventory control, budget management, and resolving facility issues. The role reports to the Hotel Housekeeping Director and is part of the larger hotel operations.
Requirements
- Associates degree in hospitality or related field.
- Five (5) years previous housekeeping experience at a property with 400 rooms.
- Prior general maintenance experience.
- Ability to perform job tasks of team members.
