We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Retail Training (International) to drive retail excellence objectives through training and development of the frontline team. The role will involve developing training programs, working closely with market trainers, and identifying training needs for markets.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management or related field.
- 8 years of experience in a retail training role, preferably in luxury or MNC.
- Demonstrated performance in developing training material/course from an idea/concept.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire team and foster a culture of excellence.
- Computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Excellent communication skills and a role model in the area where he/she is responsible.
