Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail management
- Hands-on experience in new store openings
- Diploma in Business, Retail Management or related field
- Proven track record in client development, store operations, and team leadership
- Strong experience in managing P&L, budgets, and commercial KPIs
- Experience with lease negotiations and fit-out coordination
