Job Description
Supports the Lead Teacher in providing a safe and nurturing classroom environment for preschool children, implementing curriculum and fostering their development and spiritual growth.
Requirements
- Actively supervise children during all activities
- Report suspected child abuse or neglect
- Implement weekly lesson plans and activities
- Prepare and organize instructional materials
- Facilitate one-on-one, small-group, and large-group instructional activities
- Support children with daily routines and self-help skills
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom
- Observe and record children's behavior and progress
- Provide feedback for progress reports
- Participate in special programming and events
- Respect and maintain confidentiality and privacy
- Assist with tracking daily attendance and health checks
