Job Description
Student Ministry Assistant Part Time role grants administrative and programmatic support to student ministry directors, facilitating spiritual growth and organizational health of student ministries at Christ Church.
Requirements
- Facilitate communication on behalf of the ministry
- Maintain files and keep accurate data of attendance, event logs, and confidential information
- Assist with the promotion, scheduling, planning, and set-up of all ministry events and projects
- Processes invoices and tracks expenses
- Participate in Christ Church staff life
- Support church-wide initiatives and special events
- Engage in ongoing personal and professional development
- Collaborate across ministries to ensure alignment, share resources, and strengthen unity on our staff teams
- Maintain a posture of flexibility
