Job Description
The Production Manager will oversee the production of events and student ministries, coaching production staff to create engaging experiences. This role involves team management, equipment maintenance, and ensuring quality control. The position can be assigned to various locations and reports to a Campus Pastor.
Requirements
- Bachelors, Associates or Technical Degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years’ experience in live production environments, or 4+ years’ experience in a live production environment
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred
- Excellent operational knowledge in at least one production discipline
- Proven aesthetic aptitude and orientation to detail
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Extensive experience loading/striking production equipment
- In-depth knowledge of stage management and safety
