Summer Camp Program Coordinator

The Summer Camp Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Camp Director and ensuring the smooth execution of all camp activities, creating a Christ-centered environment where campers can grow and thrive.

Requirements

• Collaborate with Camp Directors to ensure weekly themes are effectively implemented
• Coordinate and manage daily schedules, ensuring staff and campers are prepared for all planned activities
• Foster a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for campers
• Assist in training camp staff on expectations and program standards
• Serve as a primary point of contact for staff, offering guidance and support as questions or challenges arise
• Monitor activities to ensure staff remain engaged and aligned with the camp's mission, values, and behavioral expectations
• Maintain open communication with Camp Directors, providing regular updates on program execution and assisting with incident reporting and resolution
• Contribute to a positive, unified team culture by working collaboratively with all camp staff
