Job Description
The Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing nursing services and activities for a healthcare facility. They will work with other departments to meet facility goals and ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
Requirements
- Unencumbered, active RN licensure in the state of permanent residence
- Advanced education and/or experience in nursing management/administration
- Sincere desire to work with elders and others who have a limited capacity for self-care
- Mental and physical capacity to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
- Transportation accessible to enable flexibility of work schedule
