Finance Manager - Ariel Ministries

Ariel Ministries is seeking a Finance Manager to safeguard the financial integrity of the ministry and manage daily transactions, quarterly reports, and the annual budget.

Requirements

• Manage all accounting cycles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation
• Process all payroll and manage expense reimbursements
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all critical nonprofit tax documents
• Serve as the primary liaison and lead coordinator for the annual financial audit
• Develop the annual operating budget and conduct detailed variance analysis
• Maintain robust internal controls and policies to protect assets and track cash flow
• Oversee all international fund transfers and navigate complex foreign currency, regulatory, and religious restrictions
