Job Description
Pine Level Pentecostal Holiness Church is seeking a passionate and dedicated worship leader to join the church team. The worship leader directs and manages the worship services, including music selection, and provides spiritual guidance to the congregation.
Requirements
- Plan and lead weekly worship services and special events
- Select appropriate music for each service
- Lead the congregation in worship through song and prayer
- Participate in various church activities, such as small groups, outreach, family events, etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with members of the congregation
- Work with the choir director to ensure that all services are properly planned and executed
- Manage the worship team and coordinate rehearsals
