Job Description
Christian Education Ministries (CEM) is seeking a full-time Program Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of development projects across their organisation. The role involves coordinating project teams, managing risks, and ensuring projects meet objectives, providing support to the Principal Architect and Development Manager. This position reports to the Head of Building Development and offers flexibility to work in a hybrid model.
Requirements
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional project teams.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and implement improvements.
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Active Christian faith
