BDR Manager

Chronosphere is looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic minded leader to join the growing Business Development organization. As a BDR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting, managing and growing the BDR team, contributing to the vision and direction of the BDR program, and building foundational documentation and resources for future BDR/Sales hires.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant SaaS experience
• 2+ years of IC Sales/BDR Experience in selling SaaS
• 1+ year of team building/management experience
• Experience in documentation, SFDC dashboard creation, and pipeline management
• Mastery with demand gen tools
• Experience at a technical SaaS company
