We’re looking for a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our IFRS Reporting team and play a key role in delivering accurate, insight-driven financial results for Chubb Life NZ.
Requirements
- Fully qualified or associate actuary (Australia, US, UK or equivalent), or close to completion.
- 5+ years’ life insurance experience with strong valuation, reporting and actuarial judgement.
- Knowledge of IFRS17/IFRS reporting, New Zealand insurance regulation, and experience using Prophet or similar tools.
- Strong analytical capability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
- Experience improving processes, enhancing controls, or implementing model developments.
- A collaborative, proactive style, someone who can balance pace and accuracy, manage deadlines, and work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
