Requirements
- 10+ years' actuarial experience in life insurance/financial services
- Strong analytical and modelling capability (Prophet, MoSes, R, Python, Excel)
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience mentoring and developing teams
- Experience working across cross-functional and global teams
- Strong project management skills and high attention to detail
