Job Description
Chubb is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their insurance-related digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on implementing a new Document solution for applications within the CCX landscape in APAC, with a key focus on migrating from xPression to Quadient Inspire and supporting the development team. This is a development-heavy role requiring strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Design and develop web-based applications and APIs using Java, Spring boot technologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations between web based applications/APIs and other systems using APIs and Service Oriented Architecture.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand compliance requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure adherence to software development best practices and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the compliance reporting tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and propose improvements to existing processes.
