Job Description
The Senior Property Underwriter will manage property renewal books and also contribute to new business development. This role focuses on underwriting mono-line property opportunities while implementing effective pricing strategies and account management. The position will involve prospecting, pipeline development, and managing client relationships, striving for growth through new business and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
- Develop book growth, maintain superior relationships, and implement effective pricing rate strategies.
- Develop and implement a business plan to grow the property book through prospect identification and pipeline development.
- Identify cross sell opportunities and conduct agency planning/goal setting.
- Monitor progress and make regular broker and insured visits.
