Job Description
This part-time teaching position supports missionaries by training them in various settings, including language skills, gospel doctrine, and missionary skills. The role provides individualized coaching, facilitation, and monitoring, with potential for involvement in pilot initiatives and mission leadership development. Teachers will train both junior and senior missionaries at different stages of their missions.
Requirements
- Reports to trainer or supervisor level.
- Provides instruction, direction, counsel, and feedback to missionaries.
- Plans and prepares lessons in various settings.
- Attends weekly training meetings.
