Job Description
Project Manager 3 role involves managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and effective communication, and coordinating resources to meet project requirements.
Requirements
- Clearly understand and communicate project objectives and goals
- Organize the needed resources to meet project requirements
- Owns project-level scope, schedule, and budget
- Ensure projects adhere to Church process and policy equivalent to the sphere of work
- Act as project generalist – may be asked to manage a range of project types
- Engage when multiple deliverables coalesce into a cohesive whole and end-to-end management is needed
