Job Description
This position involves maintaining facilities (plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, vehicle servicing). It's a hands-on role requiring adaptation to non-routine tasks and adherence to safety procedures. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
Requirements
- Performs maintenance service or repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations, or vehicle servicing.
- Works under minimal supervision and adapts procedures, techniques, and equipment.
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
