Commercial Customer Success Manager (Norge)

ChurchDesk is a digital platform that helps churches organize their work, improve communication with members, and reach more people. We are looking for a Commercial Customer Success Manager to join our team and support our customers in achieving their goals.

Requirements

• Strong background in Customer Success, Account Management, sales, or similar customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Basic understanding of congregations and common councils in the Church of Norway.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Norwegian as a native language or fluent level, as well as good English skills.
