Branch Manager (Producing)

Churchill Mortgage is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee branch staff and operations, produce loans, and manage branch finances. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mortgage banking, retail branch banking, and management experience. They should be able to analyze branch financials, formulate business plans, and attract new borrowers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/work experience
• 5 years of recent mortgage banking/retail branch banking experience
• 1 year of management experience within the mortgage industry
• Active NMLS license
