Producing Branch Manager

Churchill Mortgage is looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in mortgage lending to lead a high-performing team as a Producing Branch Manager. The role involves driving loan production, recruiting and mentoring loan officers, managing branch financials, and building strong referral relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mortgage banking or retail branch banking experience
• 1+ year in a leadership role
• Active NMLS license
• Strong network of referral partners and proven ability to drive sales
• Deep knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory guidelines, underwriting, and closing procedures
• Passion for leadership, mentorship, and delivering outstanding client experiences
