Requirements
- Administer and configure Salesforce Service Cloud applications, including managing cases, queues, and service processes.
- Utilize Salesforce Flow Builder to automate processes and enhance service delivery.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage user access, roles, and profiles, ensuring compliance with Salesforce security best practices.
- Provide support and training to end-users to enhance their understanding of Service Cloud functionalities.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for continuous improvement.
