Requirements
- Managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans
- Continued development and evolution of asset management based on market conditions
- Collaboration with Client Managers, Market Leads, Group Heads, Regional Group Portfolio Manager, and Group Portfolio Manager
- Ensuring objectives related to asset management and portfolio maintenance
- New business activities
- Direct engagement with Syndications and Capital Markets
- Direct client interaction
- Maintaining client-focused nature within the CRE business
