Ciena is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its dynamic People & Culture Data Analytics team. The successful candidate will design and develop robust data models, migrate data from multiple source systems, and deliver clear, actionable insights to empower better decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data modeling, visualization/dashboard development, and proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, DAX, Power BI, Dataiku.
- 7+ years of proven experience in business analytics, particularly within the HR domain, and with data warehousing/data lakes, preferably Snowflake/SQL Server.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and support strategic objectives by understanding business processes.
- In-depth knowledge of data architecture, including handling structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Proven experience with effectively collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to align data-driven solutions with organizational goals.
