The leasing consultant is responsible for the leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments. The position involves greeting prospects, qualifying them, and recording their visits, as well as maintaining resident files, inspecting models, and ensuring apartments are ready for move-in.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of two years leasing experience with multi-family properties
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) highly desired
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service, high level of professionalism, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends
