The Senior Financial Analyst FP&A will play a key role in preparing quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the strategic objectives of CIM's assets and funds, and providing actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years' previous financial analysis experience in one of the following fields: Corporate Strategy/Business Analysis, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Public Accounting (Big 4 preferred), Real Estate or Infrastructure Analysis/Investing
- Heavy financial modeling experience is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint
- SQL,.NET (optional)
