Job Description
CIMMYT is seeking a results-oriented Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the strategic and operational design, implementation, and governance of compensation and benefits policies at the company's headquarters in Texcoco, Mexico. The role focuses on ensuring alignment with organizational goals, internal equity, and international standards, and serving as the subject matter expert on compensation and benefits matters.
Requirements
- Develop and implement global compensation strategies, including market benchmarking.
- Supervise HR data analytics across multiple countries.
- Lead the annual review and update of salary scales and consult fees.
- Oversee the design and revision of global staff benefits and allowances.
- Benchmark benefits using external data sources.
- Evaluate and negotiate with benefits providers.
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Provide expert guidance on job grading and evaluation processes.
